Physical Therapy Services

Kickstart your recovery

We aren’t your average physical therapy group. Our team is highly experienced and dedicated to your health and wellness.

To create your individual treatment plan, we’ll start by getting lots of information from you (in a questionnaire and in person) about your past injuries and trauma. This will help us tailor your treatment and ensure you get effective, lasting results.

We recommend that all new patients schedule an initial 1-2 hour appointment. Subsequent appointments will be 1-4 hours, depending on your needs and schedule.

Total Health PT is a cash-based practice; we do not accept insurance. We have a professional billing agent who can submit claims on your behalf at no charge. Please see our FAQ section for more insurance information.

About Integrative Manual Therapy

To help you recover from pain, functional issues, and trauma, we offer a wide variety of treatment and care options within the framework of Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT).

Integrative Manual Therapy is a huge step forward in the evolution of manual therapy care. It consists of thousands of techniques, so it may sound confusing at first, but once you’ve received your treatment, it will all make sense. If you have questions during treatment, your practitioner is always happy to explain what he/she is doing and why.Integrative Manual Therapy

The IMT material encompasses over 20,000 tissue specific techniques. These techniques include: myofascial release (to release stuck fascial tissue;) strain counterstrain (to release voluntary muscle spasm;) advanced strain counterstrain (to release involuntary muscle spasm, such as in arteries, veins, etc.;) cranial therapy (treatment of the head, skull and deeper tissues;) visceral therapy (treatment for strains in organ tissue;) lymphatic treatment; treatment to reset scar tissue in and around nerves; muscle energy technique (realignment of joints;) and treatment of compression syndromes (brainstem-mediated locks on specific tissues.)
